Google has informed us that this issue is resolved.

We are receiving reports that some customers using Google Chrome with the Enhanced Security Settings are seeing a warning when they access an object via a URL that includes https://s3.wasabisys.com.
The error that they see shows a warning such as this:
We have identified the trigger for this and are working with Google to remove this notice. In the meantime, the use of the alternative endpoint URL https://s3.us-east-1.wasabisys.com is an effective workaround. You may also adjust your Chrome settings to the Standard Protection level and proceed to the location you desire by selecting the Details button, followed by the "visit this site" link.
Note that this screen is only visible when using a link to an object in the US-EAST-1 region. Other regions do not trigger this error.
