Please be advised that Wasabi will conduct a planned Maintenance Activity on some internal systems starting on Saturday 6 May 2023 from 13:00 UTC through 19:00 UTC.

At 13:00 UTC on 6 May 2023, we are scheduling a maintenance window during which some of Wasabi’s internal business systems will be upgraded. During this window, S3 services will be unaffected. S3 actions such as PUT/GET/LIST/HEAD/DELETE will proceed as usual.

Due to this maintenance activity, the Wasabi Management Console, the Wasabi Account Control API, FTP access, and the Wasabi Account Control Manager will be unavailable during this time period.

In addition to the above, new Wasabi trial account creation will not be possible during the maintenance window. When visiting the trial sign-up page during the maintenance window, customers will be presented with a prompt to indicate interest, along with an option to submit contact information. If contact information is submitted, Wasabi personnel will follow up after completion of the maintenance window to assist with finalizing the trial sign-up.

During this time, as necessary, we’ll update the System Status on status.wasabi.com. You may go there to sign up for notification by email at the start and end of this event, as well as any future Maintenance windows or Service Incidents.
